WOD 1 Done
"Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord..." Colossians 3:23 (NIV) This week began the Open for the Crossfit Games. WOD 1 was a doozy. The workout was as follows: 17 minute AMRAP of: 40 Burpees 30 Snatch, 75 / 45 lbs 30 Burpees 30 Snatch, 135 / 75 lbs 20 Burpees 30 Snatch, 165 / 100 lbs 10 burpees Max rep Snatch, 210 / 120 lbs You can go ahead and check out games.crossfit.com and search me to see how I did. I should have took more rest yesterday, but oh well, what's done is done. On to next week....
